implementation of technical execution plans and coordinate engineering resources across multiple teams.\n\nProvide engineering inputs for program reviews, status reporting, and leadership briefings.\n\nDevelop, review, and defend engineering estimates, proposals, and Basis of Estimates (BOEs).\n\nOversee Control Account Management (CAM) activities associated with engineering work scope.\n\nSupport schedule development, cost management, forecasting, and financial planning activities.\n\nLead engineering financial and performance reviews to ensure alignment with program objectives.\n\nCoordinate engineering staffing plans and workload forecasts with functional leadership.\n\nIdentify, assess, and manage engineering risks and opportunities across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).\n\nCollaborate with technical and program leadership to ensure successful delivery of program objectives.\n\nSupport engineering development, integration, testing, and transition activities throughout the program lifecycle.\n\nCoordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure effective communication across technical functions.\n\nTrack engineering performance, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables to support program objectives.\n\nContribute to technical and program decision-making by evaluating engineering risks, resource requirements, cost, schedule, and technical performance.\n\nSupport continuous improvement of engineering execution processes and program delivery practices.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or another STEM-related discipline with 14+ years of experience, OR\n\nMaster's degree with 12+ years of experience, OR\n\nPhD with 10+ years of experience.\n\nAn additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\n\nAbility to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (SAP).\n\nExperience leading multidisciplinary engineering or technical teams.\n\nExperience supporting systems development, integration, and test activities across the program lifecycle.\n\nDemonstrated leadership experience in complex engineering environments.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nExperience coordinating engineering resources, schedules, technical deliverables, and program priorities.\n\nAbility to manage multiple engineering priorities and drive execution in complex development environments.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nAdvanced degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or another STEM-related field.\n\nActive U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance or higher.\n\nExperience with defense electronic systems such as RF systems, electronic warfare, communications systems, sensors, or avionics.\n\nWorking knowledge of DoD systems engineering processes, standards, and lifecycle requirements.\n\nExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Control Account Management (CAM).\n\nPrior experience as an Engineering Program Manager, IPT Lead, Chief Engineer, or similar technical leadership role.\n\nDemonstrated success managing cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex development programs.\n\nExperience developing and defending engineering estimates, proposals, and Basis of Estimates (BOEs).\n\nExperience working with cross-functional Integrated Product Teams and senior technical
