We're looking for co-builders — people who want to create generational change, one student at a time.\n\nWho We're Looking For\nWe're looking for someone with a genuine love for Visual Arts and a curiosity about how to bring it alive for children. You don't need to be an expert — but you do need to be comfortable picking up a pencil, a brush, or a craft tool and showing someone else how to use it. You're organised, attentive to detail, and willing to dive into the less glamorous parts of curriculum work — updating trackers, organising drives, checking quality — with the same care you bring to the creative parts. If you want to spend your time making art more accessible to children who rarely get the chance to experience it — you'll thrive here.\n\nAbout The Role\nEngagement: Intern\n\nTime Commitment: 20–30 hours per week\n\nReports to: Team Lead – Visual Arts\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nSupport development of Visual Arts activities, lesson resources, and project materials.\n\nAssist in creating instructional videos demonstrating art techniques and activities.\n\nSupport basic video recording, editing, formatting, and quality checks.\n\nUpdate curriculum trackers, sheets, and documentation.\n\nCreate and manage content links and organise resources on Google Drive and other platforms.\n\nSupport uploading and publishing content on Drive, YouTube, and Plio.\n\nSupport research for age-appropriate, contextualised Visual Arts activities.\n\nIdentify missing information, content gaps, or errors and flag them to the Team Lead.\n\nSupport other routine curriculum and coordination tasks.\n\nWho You Are\n\nBasic to good knowledge of Visual Arts — drawing, painting, craft, illustration, etc.\n\nInterest or experience in creating art activities for children is preferred.\n\nBasic video creation and editing skills are an advantage.\n\nGood attention to detail and organisational skills.\n\nComfortable with Google Sheets, Google Drive, and digital tools.\n\nGood communication skills and willingness to learn.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nBecause at TAP, Visual Arts is one of the most powerful ways children in government schools discover what they are capable of.
