About the Opportunity:The SIOP Data and Model Specialist role is central to enhancing supply chain processes through technical and planning expertise. This position drives improvements in forecasting accuracy and inventory modeling, working closely with stakeholders to establish data governance and planning frameworks. The role leads the migration to innovative data management systems, ensuring operational goals and metrics are met while supporting scalable planning solutions.3. Responsibilities:• Approve or deny changes to planning templates and dbt models• Lead migration from Excel to governed dbt frameworks in Snowflake• Manage integrations with NetSuite and Salesforce• Build and maintain dbt sandbox environments for scenario analysis• Train planners and establish certification processes for template and dbt usage• Standardize master data for SIOP in collaboration with Product Data Integrity teams• Collaborate with analytics engineers to develop forecast models4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field; Master’s preferred• 6 to 10+ years of experience in planning science, focusing on forecasting and inventory optimization• Proficiency in SQL and dbt; advanced Excel skills• Experience in product ownership of analytics or planning platforms• Demonstrated leadership in change management with measurable financial value added (FVA)• Experience working in cross-functional process improvement teams5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000• Annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance6.
