Come join the team at IS4S Orlando and help us create munition systems that will aid the warfighter in getting their job done.\n\nJob Description:\nIS4S is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Electronics Assembler to support the production of advanced electronic systems for defense programs at our Orlando facility. This position is responsible for assembling precision electronic and electromechanical hardware in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and established manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing high-quality work, enjoys hands-on assembly, and is comfortable performing repetitive production tasks while maintaining exceptional workmanship and attention to detail.\nThe Electronics Assembler will work closely with manufacturing personnel, engineering technicians, quality inspectors, and engineers to support high-rate production activities. Success in this role requires someone who is dependable, quality-focused, and capable of consistently following documented processes while maintaining strict quality and traceability standards.\n\nRequired Experience:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n1+ years of experience in electronics assembly, electromechanical assembly, or manufacturing.\nAbility to read and interpret assembly drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions.\nExperience using common hand tools, torque tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment.\nExcellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.\nAbility to perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining consistent workmanship and quality.\nAbility to accurately complete production documentation.\nAbility to work effectively within a small, agile manufacturing team.\nU.S. Citizenship required.\n\nDesired Experience:\nExperience in aerospace, defense, medical device, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments.\nFamiliarity with IPC workmanship standards.\nExperience installing electronic assemblies, harnesses, connectors, and cable assemblies.\nExperience working from controlled work instructions and engineering drawings.\nExperience with electronic potting or encapsulation processes.\nFamiliarity with AS9100 and/or ISO9001 quality systems.\nExperience handling serialized hardware and maintaining product traceability.\n\nAbout IS4S:\nIntegrated Solutions for Systems, Inc.
