You'll build in redundancy, implement monitoring tools, and automate wherever possible. You'll reduce toil by scripting routine tasks and automating self‑repair. This is your chance to further your skills in cloud infrastructure and technologies while continuing to grow your SRE experience.\n\nWork with us as we help enhance our security posture to protect national security.\n\nYou Have\n\nExperience providing Linux system engineering\n\nExperience patching Linux systems or installing applications on cloud infrastructure\n\nExperience with AWS\n\nExperience with Jenkins, Packer, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Nessus, Jira, or Confluence\n\nKnowledge of patching and hardening systems\n\nTS/SCI clearance with a polygraph\n\nHS diploma or GED\n\nAbility to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA‑Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date\n\nNice If You Have\n\nExperience with cybersecurity concepts, including threats, vulnerabilities, security operations, patching, boundary defense, auditing, or authentication\n\nExperience with RHEL administration\n\nKnowledge of NIST 800-53 and NIST-190\n\nBachelor's degree\n\nClearance\nApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.\n\nCompensation\nSalary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
