The Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for project budget and schedule development and management, coordination with internal and external project stakeholders, design management and support, and technical construction input in early-stage developments. The ideal candidate has experience in conceptual estimating and scheduling and is passionate about working with a team to develop solutions and strategies. Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nWork closely with project teams to evaluate and analyze data center development projects during the preconstruction phase.\n\nCreate and maintain conceptual project budgets and schedules from schematic or feasibility level documents.\n\nConduct cost analysis and value engineering studies to identify cost savings opportunities and improve project efficiency.\n\nMaintain budgets and, as the design evolves, develop variance summaries between estimates and communicate the reasons to internal and external stakeholders.\n\nAnalyze construction documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.\n\nCollaborate with project teams to develop project strategies, manage risks, and ensure successful project outcomes.\n\nParticipate in project meetings and provide input and support to project teams.\n\nBuild relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including general contractors and design partners.\n\nWork collaboratively with the Finance Team on developing financial models\n\nTHE DETAILS:\n\nLocation: Denver\n\nTravel: 10-20%\n\nHealth Care, Dental Care, Vison Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time off, Paid Leave Programs\n\nMust be eligible to work in the United States\n\nMust pass comprehensive background check and drug screening\n\nMUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:\n\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience\n\n5+ years of preconstruction experience\n\nPreferred 5+ years in data centers or other mission critical facilities\n\nSignificant experience leading multiple projects simultaneously through the preconstruction phase\n\nHighly proficient in Microsoft Office product suite, Bluebeam, and industry standard estimating and scheduling softwares.\n\nDetail-oriented.\n\nStrong analytical, creative thinking, and communications skills.\n\nAbility to execute, process, and prioritize tasks independently and collaboratively as needed to meet project goals.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and collaborate with internal staff, and external consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.\n\nCompensation Range:\n\n$128,260.00 - $146,017.59\n\nTHIS MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF:\n\nYou are a strong communicator, you are persuasive and clear, blending analytics with experience in decision-making.\n\nYou do not get flustered easily.
