Group Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare, education, and behavior management. Duties: - Oversee the daily operations of a group of students, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment. - Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop individualized lesson plans that meet the needs of students. - Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere. - Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and reduce disruptions. - Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. - Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior, and provide regular progress reports to parents and teachers. Requirements: - Experience working with children in a daycare with a focus on classroom management and behavior management. - Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain a positive and professional demeanor. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with children, parents, and staff members of all ages and backgrounds.
