We pride ourselves on delivering unforgettable experiences to guests of all ages. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our team and keep the fun running smoothly. Job Summary: The Manager will work closely alongside the General Manager to oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, efficient staff performance, and a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility. This is a leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment and enjoys being hands-on with both staff and guests. Key Responsibilities: Support and supervise department managers (bowling, arcade, food & beverage, attractions, etc.) Assist the General Manager in executing company goals and initiatives Oversee scheduling, staffing, training, and performance evaluations Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and resolve customer concerns professionally Monitor and maintain facility standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols Track and analyze operational metrics to drive improvements Collaborate with the GM on promotions, events, and strategic planning Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and supply orders Assist with budget planning and cost control initiatives Qualifications: 3+ years of management experience in entertainment, hospitality, or retail preferred Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Comfortable in a hands-on, dynamic environment Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and operational reporting Perks: Fun and energetic work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Discounts on food, attractions, and events Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
