This role plays a direct part in maintaining that standard—both in the field and with our clients.If you take pride in your work, move with purpose, and want to be part of a team that holds a high bar, we’d like to talk.Compensation$60,000Opportunity for growth and increased earnings based on performanceSchedule & Work ExpectationsFull-time position: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PMOn-call and occasional weekend work may be required based on active projectsWhat You’ll Be Responsible ForMeasuring & TakeoffsAccurately assess project scope, quantities, and material requirementsVisit job sites to take precise measurementsIdentify potential challenges before installation beginsSales / EstimatingBuild detailed, competitive bids based on project specsEnsure estimates are accurate and profitableCommunicate clearly with clients, builders, and property managersProject Coordination & SchedulingCoordinate installers, materials, and timelinesCommunicate daily with crews and internal teamsKeep projects moving forward and resolve issues quicklyQuality Control & CloseoutInspect installations and ensure quality standards are metManage punch lists and final walkthroughsDeliver complete and accurate project documentationInvoicing & Payment Follow-UpSubmit invoices in a timely mannerTrack payments and follow up as neededHelp maintain healthy project cash flowWhat a Typical Day Looks LikeThis is a fast-paced, hands-on role. Your day might start in the field taking measurements, shift into coordinating crews and resolving project issues, and finish with updating estimates, sending invoices, and communicating with clients.You’ll often be managing multiple projects at once, with priorities that can change quickly.
