If you are driven, curious, and excited to prove what you are capable of, you will fit right in.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nLead Generation and Prospecting\r\nFind new qualified founders every day through LinkedIn, Crunchbase, podcasts, and referral networks\r\nLook for prospects who match Hampton's criteria, such as being a Founder or CEO and running a business with at least three million in revenue or outside funding\r\nAdd new leads into HubSpot with accurate tags for source, location, and company type\r\nMaintain a steady pace of outbound activity based on goals set by the Director of Membership\r\nOutreach and Engagement\r\nSend personalized outbound messages by email, LinkedIn, or other channels to spark interest in Hampton\r\nFollow up with founders who have engaged but have not yet applied or booked a call\r\nUse approved templates while customizing each message to match the prospect's background and business type\r\nTrack all outreach activity in HubSpot\r\nQualification and Handoff\r\nPre-qualify inbound and outbound leads before passing them to Membership Managers\r\nConfirm that prospects meet Hampton's criteria and are actively building or leading a business\r\nSchedule interviews on behalf of Membership Managers and ensure calendar accuracy\r\nProvide clear notes and context to support smooth handoffs\r\nPipeline and CRM Management\r\nKeep HubSpot organized with accurate statuses, no duplicate contacts, and proper ownership\r\nStay on top of daily tasks and follow-ups\r\nMake sure every lead has a clear next step, such as a booked interview, follow-up reminder, or disqualification reason\r\nTrack outreach performance and conversion rates (Outreach ? Response ?
