Walking from building to building, you can observe our whole process, from concept to final product.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\nLoad machine(s) either manually or through operation of a bar feeder.\nOperate drill presses, polishing equipment, and other hand and power tools according to training and written instructions.\nPerform hand operations including deburring, cleaning, and preparing parts for the next operation.\nRead blueprints and job specifications; inspect parts to print, record measurements, and monitor quality.\nPackage and transport parts safely between operations.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized machine shop work area.\nIdentify and communicate problems effectively and collaborate with Machinists and Product Owners to resolve problems.\nFollow company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements; support company values and quality standards.\nWork overtime as needed to support production goals.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\nThe CNC Machine Operator plays a key role in producing high-quality precision parts by operating manual and computer controlled multi-axis lathes and machining centers. This role involves reading prints and specifications while monitoring and inspecting parts to ensure they conform to specifications. No prior experience is required. We welcome individuals eager to learn and grow in a hands-on machine shop environment that demonstrate a strong attention to detail.\n\nOther key areas include:\nAbility to read and understand English, interpreting safety rules, procedures, and technical information.\nAbility to keep manual and CNC multi axis machine tools operating.\nStrong basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, ratios, and percentages.\nAbility to train others in equipment functions.\nClear and effective communication skills; Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nProblem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.\nResults oriented with a strong commitment to quality, professionalism, and ethical conduct.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\n\nOur location:\nIn 2005, Nova-Tech partnered with Life-Science Innovations to buy a 37-building, 110-acre historic hospital facility in Willmar from the State of Minnesota. Since that time, we have developed the resulting MinnWest Technology Campus into the largest privately owned technology park in the country. Willmar, MN is a bustling community located less than two hours from Minneapolis and one hour from St. Cloud known for its lakes and vibrant entertainment.\n\nThings to check out: Willmar Stingers, Willmar WarHawks, Little Crow Ski Team, Green Lake and boat cruises, Glacial Lakes State Trail, Dorothy A.
