Lead ground-up and renovation healthcare building and construction projects across Los Angeles and Orange County - Manage day-to-day field operations, schedules, and subcontractor performance - Ensure strict compliance with HCAI / OSHPD requirements and inspections - Drive a strong safety culture and maintain excellent site safety records - Coordinate closely with P - Ms, owners, inspectors, and trade partners - Mentor junior field staff and help build long-term project teams - Take ownership of project outcomes from precon through closeout - Join an employee-owned GC offering ESOP, stability, and long-term growth. .
