The role requires strong expertise in routing, switching, wireless, and network security, with working knowledge of cloud, ICAM, and system integration.\n\nWhat you'll do\nManage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (routing, switching, wireless, firewall integration).\nPerform network configuration, deployment, administration, and lifecycle sustainment.\nAdminister LAN/WAN connectivity, including VLANs, routing protocols, and segmentation.\nConfigure and maintain network access controls (ACLs, VPNs, TACACS, RADIUS, 802.1x).\nMonitor network performance, capacity, and availability; troubleshoot and resolve issues.\nMaintain network monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.\nImplement and sustain network security controls in accordance with STIGs, NIST, and Zero Trust requirements.\nSupport ICAM integration (Okta, Azure AD) to enforce authentication and access policies.\nProvide Tier III escalation support for network incidents and outages.\nMaintain configuration baselines, documentation, SOPs, and network diagrams.\nSupport network engineering, upgrades, and infrastructure deployments.\nParticipate in on-call support to ensure availability and continuity of operations.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nUS Citizen\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\n5–8 years of network administration experience\nDoD IAT Level I (Security+) or higher\nStrong expertise in enterprise networking and security\nFamiliarity with cloud networking and ICAM solutions\nExperience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nRelevant certifications (Cisco CCNA/CCNP or similar)\n\nConcept Plus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
