Whether you aspire to be a leader or a technical expert, this position will set you up for success in the future.\r\nPrimary Responsibilities\r\nDesign, configure, and enhance Dynamics365 CE / Dataverse solutions, including tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, model-driven apps, security roles, and solution components.\r\nBuild and maintain automation using Power Automate and Dataverse capabilities to enforce standards, streamline processes, and reduce manual intervention.\r\nImplement and support light-to-moderate custom development (e.g., plugins, custom actions, client-side scripting) where platform capabilities alone are insufficient.\r\nTroubleshoot platform, automation, and customization issues with a focus on root cause resolution and long-term stability.\r\nManage solution lifecycle across environments (Dev/Test/Prod), including packaging, deployments, versioning, documentation, and rollback planning.\r\nData Quality & Governance Operationalization\r\nImplement data quality controls such as validation rules, reference data enforcement, duplicate prevention/detection, and exception workflows.\r\nDefine and monitor actionable data health metrics (e.g., completeness, duplicates, invalid values, stale records).\r\nPartner with business owners to improve upstream data entry practices and reduce data issues at the source.\r\nDocument data standards and governance rules in ways that are enforceable, automated, and auditable.\r\nData Retention & Lifecycle Management\r\nImplement and operationalize data retention, archival, and disposition processes aligned with policy and compliance requirements.\r\nCreate repeatable processes for bulk data remediation, archival, and controlled purge activities with appropriate approvals and auditability.\r\nMonitor data growth and proactively recommend actions to maintain Dataverse performance and cost efficiency.\r\nIntegrations & Platform Partnerships\r\nDesign and support integrations between Dynamics365 / Dataverse and external systems using appropriate patterns (APIs, scheduled, or event-based approaches).\r\nEnsure integration reliability through effective error handling, retries, idempotency, monitoring, and documented runbooks.\r\nCoordinate with security and infrastructure teams on identity, serviceprincipals, access controls, and secure connectivity.\r\nContribute to integration design within established enterprise patterns; this role is not the sole integration or enterprise architect.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nProven experience engineering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics365 CE and Dataverse, including data modeling, security, solutions, and environments.\r\nStrong hands-on experience with Power Automate, including flow design, triggers, approvals, error handling, and operational support.\r\nWorking knowledge of data modeling and SQL concepts, with the ability to diagnose data integrity and integration issues.\r\nExperience operating within governed ALM / SDLC practices for Power Platform and Dynamics365.\r\nPractical experience working with REST APIs and JSON-based integrations.\r\nStrong documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into enforceable system behavior.\r\nWe value our employees by providing\r\nCompetitive compensation based on skills\r\nIndustry leading health, dental, and vision plans\r\nGenerous 401 (K) savings and profit sharing\r\nOn-site UW Health clinic, fitness center, and walking paths\r\nEducation assistance and internal training programs\r\nElectric vehicle charging\r\nMaternity & paternity leave\r\nThis position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended.
