Experience with SEMS documentation, GOM permitting, API 14C requirements, and deepwater projects is highly preferred.\nDuties:\nLead and manage engineering and drafting efforts for offshore projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.\nCollaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and develop innovative engineering solutions.\nProvide technical expertise and guidance in conceptual design, front-end engineering, and brownfield modifications for offshore facilities\nCoordinate and oversee multidisciplinary teams consisting of mechanical, structural, civil, electrical, instrumentation, pipeline, and process engineers.\nConduct feasibility studies, FEED studies, and risk assessments to evaluate project viability and develop effective execution strategies\nEnsure compliance with industry regulations, codes, and standards throughout all project phases, including SEMS documentation and API 14C audits.\nManage project scope, budgets, and resources, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
