You will join our Control System Integration Practice and partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy.\nWhat You’ll Do\nYou'll work individually and in teams to support capital projects and implement solutions for our clients. Together, you will help our clients make critical changes to improve their performance and realize their most important goals.\nMotivated, high energy, well-organized, collaborative Process Controls Engineer who will develop and design control systems for our clients in the food & beverage, consumer health, life science, or advanced technology sectors.\nUse their knowledge and experience with instrumentation devices, control systems, networking, P&ID drawings, data, sheets, and instrumentation installation drawings to provide engineering solutions for control systems and PLC/SCADA interface systems that meet and exceed our clients’ requirements for safety and optimization.\nLead I&C design for the preliminary and detailed design phases of projects.\nConduct system and facility engineering job walk assessments.\nDevelop and design engineering solutions for equipment optimization.\nDesign systems that will monitor pressure, temperature, humidity, and flow in a manufacturing environment.\nTroubleshoot and complete root cause failure analysis on assigned projects.\nDocument process requirements for instrumentation equipment used in systems design.\nDemonstrate current knowledge of best practice design concepts and practice\nInterface smoothly with engineering design team members and client representatives.\nMake an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and team\nWhat You’ll Bring\n5+ years’ experience of I&C design for the programming phase of projects.\nExperience with Rockwell Automation hardware and software.\nExperience with Mechanical, Electrical and Process (MEP) systems and working with MEP engineers and technicians.\nExperience with multi-discipline large capital projects involving Owners, General Contractors, Contractors, and System Integrators.\nGood Understanding of Design/Build (Engineering and Construction)\nGood understanding of complex process systems architecture & design, Instrumentation, Device Selection, Networking, PLC & I/O architectures, P&IDs, data sheets, and SCADA.\nWorking knowledge in the following industrial environments would be a plus: Dry/Wet Mechanical, AWN, Gas/Chem Distribution, HVAC, and Clean Room environmental control.\nProficient with written and verbal technical communication including generating reports and conducting group presentations.\nWilling and able to travel as necessary for project requirements to include but not be limited to: project installation and start-up activities, client meetings, company sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums, or conventions, etc.\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.\nA degree emphasizing process control and instrumentation or equivalent work experience in process control and instrumentation in life science or advanced technology manufacturing will be considered.\nPE or EIT is a plus\nOur culture and commitment to our people is what sets us apart.
