Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services sector, is seeking a Senior Developer - M365 Support Team to join their team. As a Senior Developer - M365 Support Team, you will be part of the IT Support and Development department supporting enterprise communication systems and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Senior Developer - M365 Support TeamLocation: Charlotte, NCWhat's the Job?Design, develop, and support enterprise-level M365 communication solutions and automation platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize support for Microsoft 365 services. Develop and maintain scripts and tools to enhance support and automation processes. Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for M365-related issues. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and performance. What's Needed?Proven experience with Microsoft 365 support, including automation and scripting. Strong understanding of enterprise communication systems and support tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
