This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to keep up with production demands, and a focus on producing quality products safely and efficiently.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n* Operate and monitor production machinery.\n* Set up and make basic adjustments to equipment as needed.\n* Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.\n* Pack and organize finished products according to production requirements.\n* Monitor machines for jams, malfunctions, or other production issues.\n* Report equipment or quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor.\n* Move and handle materials throughout the production area.\n* Maintain a clean and organized workstation.\n* Follow all machine safety and production procedures.\n* Assist with additional production duties as needed.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n* Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.\n* Ability to learn machine setup and basic adjustments.\n* Strong attention to detail and quality.\n* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.\n* Ability to repeatedly lift and handle materials weighing 50 lbs or more.\n* Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.\n* Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.\n* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.\n\nCompensation:\n\n$18.00 per hour\n\nAbout Penmac Staffing:\n\nPenmac Staffing provides free, fast, friendly help finding a job!
