The successful candidate will be a focused and flexible individual who can work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and act as the point of contact for assigned projects and tickets. In our dynamic environment, we all roll up our sleeves to pitch in, so each day might be a little different.\r\nResponsibilities Responding to incident and change requests for Workday in a BAU capacity\r\nProvide deep level analysis and consultation for potential system enhancements, new features on Workday Integration system\r\nProficient with EIB, Security, Peci, Picof, API, Workday Studio, Reporting\r\nAssigned to change transformation projects providing analysis, consultancy and configuration changes\r\nSupport test scripts creation relevant to the change/project\r\nResponsible for the end to end design and implementation of system enhancements\r\nWork closely with HR and other corporate teams to lead & drive end-to-end Workday systems improvement\r\nAbility to juggle BAU requests along with transformation projects\r\nQualifications Workday experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU capacity\r\nExperience within a HR Operations/Shared Service environment\r\nIntegration configuration skills Proficient with EIB, Security, Peci, Picof, API, Workday Studio, Reporting\r\nConfiguration skills within core HCM functionality of Workday – Business Process Configuration, Security configuration a bonus\r\nAdvanced Reporting Writer skills\r\nBeneficial to have cross module knowledge within other areas of Workday – Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management\r\nExcellent documentation and communication skills and used to working with multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix structure\r\nStrong problem-solving skills to solve any issues within the system\r\nWhy SA Technologies Inc.?
