Our internship program provides all interns an opportunity to meet with leadership and work with mentors on both professional and technical development. We also have a lot of fun – between company events, intern socials, and team bonding, our interns become a part of our ONE C&S mentality.\n\nPosition Responsibilities:\n\nPerform, under close supervision, routine aspects of Construction Management, requiring knowledge and application of principles learned in course of study.\n\nMay use computer-assisted engineering software and equipment to perform tasks.\n\nCollect and prepare data for evaluation.\n\nAssist in the coordination of projects from conception (feasibility) through final plan preparations.\n\nProvide support to staff members as needed.\n\nUtilize safe work practices in accordance with federal, state, local, and company standards.\n\nCommunicate incidents, accidents, near misses, potential hazards, and unsafe working conditions to a supervisor or the Health and Safety Department as soon as identified.\n\nRequired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities\n\nPursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or another related field. Completion of sophomore year preferred.\nFlexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines\nKnowledge of AutoCAD or other 3D modeling systems\nStrong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills\nPrevious internship experience or involvement in a related student association a plus.\n\nEstimated Compensation Range: $17.00-$23.00/hour*\n\n*Actual compensation may vary based on prior internship experience, current academic year, degree program, certifications, and geographical location.\n\nLearn about our comprehensive Benefits\n\nWHO WE ARE: C&S Companies is a national planning, design, and construction firm with more than 600 employees and growing.
