This role will help evolve our DevSecOps and Platform Engineering strategy, including expanding the use of AI to automate routine tasks, improve developer productivity, and enhance pipeline observability.\n\nOur environment includes tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Gitea, Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker, DevLake, Grafana, Visual Studio, VS Code, Sigasi, Jama, DOORS, and project‑specific technologies spanning both software and specialized engineering workflows.\n\nThe DevSecOps Engineer will work across engineering and IT to reduce friction, strengthen automation, and increase velocity. You’ll identify common challenges, maximize existing tool capabilities, develop reusable solutions, and progressively build a more cohesive, automated, AI‑augmented, and observable engineering ecosystem.\n\nThe ideal candidate is a strong software engineer with excellent scripting and automation skills, practical DevSecOps experience, and the ability to work across diverse technical environments.
