If you are ready to make a difference, join us.The Impact You Will HaveThis technical communications specialist position provides technical expertise for member communications including email, texts, and regulatory materials with a focus on accuracy, timely execution, and quality. This position will work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure that communications meet technical, business, vendor, and member requirements. The position assists with the administration of business processes and helps identify and support process improvements that align with strategic priorities.Your ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of communications projectsBuild email templates and text messages and review communications for accuracyDocument processes related to communications and materials developmentProvide administrative support for systems, websites, and portals related to communications and materials deliverablesStay abreast of changes in regulations in the rapidly evolving Medicare and Medicaid health insurance marketplaceAssist with materials-related process improvements and other projects as assignedBuild and Deploy Individual Emails and Text Messages in Salesforce Marketing CloudWork with business partners across the Enterprise, exhibiting flexibility with different working and project management methods and stylesBuild HTML emails and text messages and route as PDFs with specific proofing rules per line of businessThoroughly test HTML emails and text messagesPerform list QA as neededDeploy at specific dates/timesReporting and follow-up with business partnersBuild Salesforce Marketing Cloud CloudPage Landing PagesAdhere to template and web style guideCarefully use supplied translated email language to build translated landing pages for various emailsConnect simple Cloudpage forms to Marketing Cloud data extensionsReportingWork with data team and within Marketing Cloud to pull together big-picture reporting on email performanceMaterials Tracking and DocumentationUpdate inventory codes and tracking documents to provide to internal and external vendorsUpload material PDFs to websites and portalsSubmit and verify updates to Salesforce for materials ordering systemProvide support for customer service PowerApp materials ordering toolAssist with technical and process documentation for materials projectsRequired Skills And Experience3+ years related professional experience.
