instructions, and project reports.\n\nManage engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with vendors and contractors.\n\nCollaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and cross‑functional teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field.\n\nExperience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.\n\nKnowledge of manufacturing equipment, machine design, automation, and process improvement.\n\nExperience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD is preferred.\n\nAbility to interpret mechanical drawings, GD&T, pneumatic, hydraulic, and manufacturing systems.\n\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or root cause analysis is a plus.\n\nHands‑on experience with fabrication processes, machine troubleshooting, or equipment installation is preferred.\n\nBasic PLC knowledge (Omron, Allen‑Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens) is a plus but not required.\n\nJapanese language skills are welcome but not
