If you have a passion for automotive repair and a commitment to quality, we invite you to apply and become part of our longstanding family tradition.Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair transmission systems on a variety of vehicle makes and models Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on transmissions Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues accurately Follow manufacturer specifications and safety procedures Document repair procedures and communicate findings to service advisors Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiencySkills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Transmission Technician or similar role GM experience is a plus ASE Certification is a plus Strong knowledge of transmission systems and automotive repair techniques Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagnostic equipment Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Valid driver’s license and clean driving record COMPENSATION BASED ON EXPERIENCEAt Val Ward Cadillac, we value our employees and offer great health benefits, a 401K plan, and paid holidays.
