The ideal candidate will have deep SailPoint IdentityIQ experience and exceptional expertise developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing SailPoint Rules using Java and BeanShell .\r\nKey Responsibilities:Lead the technical design and development activities for the SailPoint migration.\r\nAssess existing identity-management configurations, integrations, workflows, policies, and customizations.\r\nDevelop and maintain complex SailPoint Rules using Java and BeanShell.\r\nConfigure and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ to support business and security requirements.\r\nDesign and implement application onboarding, account aggregation, identity correlation, provisioning, deprovisioning, and reconciliation processes.\r\nDevelop and support Build Map, Connector, Correlation, Identity, Provisioning, Validation, Workflow, and Certification Rules.\r\nMigrate existing rules, workflows, connectors, policies, and integrations into the target SailPoint environment.\r\nReview legacy customizations and determine whether they should be migrated, redesigned, optimized, or retired.\r\nDevelop custom connectors and integrations for applications that cannot use standard SailPoint connectors.\r\nConfigure lifecycle events, access-request processes, approval workflows, roles, policies, and access certifications.\r\nTroubleshoot complex rule execution, provisioning, aggregation, performance, and integration issues.\r\nPerform code reviews and establish development standards for SailPoint configurations and custom code.\r\nPartner with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to gather and translate IAM requirements.\r\nCreate technical designs, migration documentation, deployment procedures, test scripts, and operational support documentation.\r\nLead unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and production deployment activities.\r\nMentor SailPoint developers and provide technical guidance throughout the project.\r\nSupport production stabilization and knowledge transfer following the migration.\r\nRequired Qualifications:Seven or more years of identity and access management experience.\r\nFive or more years of hands‑on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience.\r\nAdvanced experience developing and troubleshooting SailPoint Rules.\r\nStrong Java, BeanShell, XML, REST API, JSON, SQL, and web‑services development skills.\r\nDeep understanding of the SailPoint object model, APIs, workflows, rules, connectors, provisioning plans, and identity cubes.\r\nDemonstrated experience leading SailPoint migrations, upgrades, or major platform transformations.\r\nExperience onboarding applications through JDBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, Active Directory, flat‑file, and other standard connectors.\r\nStrong knowledge of identity aggregation, correlation, provisioning, access requests, certifications, roles, policies, and separation‑of‑duties controls.\r\nExperience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, HR platforms, directories, databases, and enterprise applications.\r\nAbility to analyze and refactor complex custom rules for reliability, maintainability, and performance.\r\nExperience using Git or another source‑control platform and supporting structured code promotion across environments.\r\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and technical leadership skills.\r\nPreferred Qualifications:SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer, Architect, or equivalent certification.\r\nExperience migrating from a legacy IAM platform to SailPoint.\r\nExperience upgrading SailPoint IdentityIQ between major versions.\r\nFamiliarity with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud is beneficial.\r\nExperience working in large, highly regulated enterprise environments.\r\nKnowledge of cybersecurity, privileged access management, authentication, authorization, and identity‑governance best practices.\r\nExperience supporting audit, regulatory compliance, and access‑control requirements.\r\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
