About the ClientThe Beverly Hills Private Art Community is building a curated community around art, culture, conversation, and intimate in-person experiences. Its upcoming public event, Paint and Sip Session in Malibu, will bring together guests from the Hollywood entertainment, hospitality, and creative communities for an evening of painting, wine, cheese, and social connection.Silicon Valley Consulting is hiring on behalf of The Beverly Hills Private Art Community for a relationship-focused partnerships role.About the RoleWe are looking for a polished, well-connected Hotel Partnerships Consultant to help The Beverly Hills Private Art Community build relationships with local luxury and boutique hotels.The immediate goal is to invite hotel general managers, hotel managers, directors of sales, concierge leaders, and hospitality decision-makers to our next public event in Malibu so they can experience the community firsthand. From there, this person will help open conversations around hotel partnerships, guest referrals, private event collaborations, concierge relationships, and future hospitality activation.This is a relationship-building role. The right candidate should be comfortable speaking with hotel leadership, making warm introductions, representing a premium cultural brand, and turning event invitations into long-term partnership opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify high-potential hotels in Beverly Hills, Malibu, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Los Angeles, and surrounding luxury hospitality markets.Build a targeted list of hotel general managers, directors of sales, concierge managers, guest experience leaders, and event managers.Reach out to hotel decision-makers with a polished invitation to attend The Beverly Hills Private Art Community’s upcoming public event.Personally invite qualified hotel contacts to the Paint and Sip Session in Malibu on June 27, 2026.Explain the value of the community to hotels, including potential guest experiences, cultural programming, concierge referrals, private events, and partnership opportunities.Schedule introductory calls or in-person meetings with hotel managers and hospitality leaders.Track outreach, conversations, RSVPs, follow-ups, and partnership opportunities.Attend select events when needed to host invited hotel contacts and introduce them to the community.Help develop partnership language, outreach scripts, and follow-up materials for hotel relationships.Support the creation of repeatable partnerships with hotels, including preferred guest experiences, private art events, VIP referrals, and cultural collaborations.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate has experience in hospitality, luxury events, hotel sales, concierge partnerships, art/culture programming, or premium community-building. They should be comfortable approaching high-end hotels and speaking credibly with hospitality professionals.Strong candidates may have experience as a:Hotel General ManagerHotel Sales ManagerDirector of Sales or Director of Sales & MarketingConcierge ManagerGuest Relations ManagerEvent Partnerships ManagerLuxury Brand Partnerships ManagerHospitality Business Development RepresentativePrivate Membership Club or Lifestyle Community ManagerArt, culture, or entertainment event producerQualificationsExperience in hospitality, hotel partnerships, luxury events, concierge relations, or business development.Existing relationships with hotels in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Malibu, Santa Monica, or West Hollywood preferred.Ability to professionally represent a premium art and lifestyle community.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable with direct outreach, phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and in-person networking.Organized and able to maintain a clear pipeline of outreach targets, responses, RSVPs, and next steps.Familiarity with luxury hospitality, entertainment, art, nightlife, private clubs, or cultural events is a plus.Must be able to attend select in-person meetings or events in the Los Angeles area.What Success Looks LikeWithin the first 30–60 days, success means:Building a qualified list of local hotel decision-makers.Securing direct conversations with hotel managers and hospitality leaders.Inviting and confirming hotel contacts for the Malibu public event.Creating follow-up opportunities with hotels after the event.Helping convert event attendance into future partnerships, referrals, or collaborations.CompensationCompensation will be based on experience and may include:Hourly, monthly retainer, or project-based compensation.Performance bonuses for confirmed hotel attendees.Additional bonuses or commission for closed hotel partnerships, referral agreements, or event collaborations.Why This Role MattersHotels are an important gateway to high-quality local and visiting guests.
