The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all the processes in producing printed circuit boards (PCB) to ensure that daily shipments are met. You must be able to meet deadlines and produce quality products safely and cost-effectively while preserving a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service. They must ensure that jobs are moved to and from each department in a timely manner to prevent bottlenecks to meet shipment deadlines with 100% accuracy.\r\nEssential Job Function:\r\nManage day-to-day production activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely manufacturing of PCB products. Schedule daily/weekly/monthly shipment revenue to meet company goals.\r\nSupervise production teams, providing leadership, training, and performance feedback.\r\nMonitor production schedules, capacity, and workflow to meet on-time delivery commitments.\r\nCollaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.\r\nTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, yield, scrap, and cycle time.\r\nImplement Lean Manufacturing practices and other process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.\r\nEnsure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.\r\nSupport capital projects and equipment upgrades to improve production capability.\r\nDrive employee engagement by fostering accountability, teamwork, and problem-solving on the shop floor.\r\nWork Schedule:\r\nThis is a full-time position requiring availability to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends, when schedule details provided in advance.\r\nWork schedule is 3rd Shift | Monday night through Saturday morning, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am.\r\nRequirements:\r\nEssential Qualifications, Education and Experience:\r\nBachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).\r\nMinimum 35 years of production management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics or PCB.\r\nPreferred Additional Skills:\r\nDemonstrated experience in process improvement, workforce management, and meeting production goals.\r\nFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools preferred.\r\nStrong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage and motivate production teams.\r\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes and quality requirements for PCBs or related industries.\r\nAbility to interpret production data and take corrective action when needed.\r\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies.\r\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate across departments.\r\nSolid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.\r\nPhysical Requirements:\r\nAble to lift to 50lbs.\r\nAbility to stand/walk throughout an 810-hour shift.
