The Logistics Analyst will provide logistics management support related to Aircraft Gun Systems.\nResponsibilities:\nEssential functions will include:\n\nUtilize and manage DD1149 (Application for Correction of Military Record) and DD1348 (DoD Single Line-Item\nRequisition System Document) forms\nMaintain organized records of forms and ensure compliance with military and federal regulations\nOperate and manage ERP systems for inventory management and data entry\nEnsure accuracy and consistency of inventory data within the ERP system\nDevelop and maintain spreadsheet tools for inventory tracking and reporting\nConduct physical inventory counts to generate regular inventory reports, providing insights and recommendations to management\nCoordinate logistics activities including, but not limited to, warehousing, transportation, and distribution\nMonitor and resolve any issues related to inventory levels, delivery schedules, or logistics processes\nDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective procurement\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree required in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field. Two (2) years of relevant experience. Experience will be considered in lieu of education.\nProficiency with DD1149 and DD1348 forms\nProficiency in using ERP systems for inventory management and data entry\nAbility to obtain Explosive Certification required.\nIntermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint\nAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts\nStrong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team\nPhysical Demands:\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds\nMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time\nMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodically\n\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level.
