From reviewing design products to providing technical guidance and leadership, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with your work every day.\n\nThis role can be located in one of our offices in:\n\nKennesaw, GA (Suburb of Atlanta)\n\nCharlotte, NC\n\nEmeryville, CA (Suburb of San Francisco)\n\nSpring, TX (suburb of Houston)\n\nResponsibilities\nIn this role, you'll champion quality and consistency, apply best practices to systems, and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. Other duties may include:\n\nDesign & Compliance: Ensure designs meet client, industry, and regulatory standards\n\nQuality Assurance: Review designs for consistency, quality, and adherence to standards\n\nCommunication & Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory counterparts\n\nLeadership & Adaptability: Guide teams, manage workloads, and maintain production in changing conditions\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (or similar), or equivalent education and/or experience\n\nTypically has a minimum of 3 years of Power Delivery experience\n\nStrong knowledge of electrical distribution system design engineering standards and practices, and regulatory requirements\n\nKnowledge of NESC and other applicable codes and standards\n\nStrong computer (e.g. Microsoft Office) and communication skills (verbal and written)\n\nWillingness to learn and operate client provided programs and systems\n\nAbility to work effectively with a team\n\nAbility to travel up to 20 - 25% of the time to client sites (expected to travel at least one time per month) for project and/or marketing meetings\n\nCompensation Range\nUSD $75,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.\n\nLegal Employment Requirements\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
