Group Policy, file services, and core infrastructure rolesExperience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or comparable enterprise virtualization technologiesExperience managing server performance, patching, hardening, monitoring, and lifecycle maintenanceExperience with storage platforms including SAN, NAS, cloud storage, and server-connected storage architecturesWorking knowledge of enterprise backup solutions, recovery strategies, retention policies, and disaster recovery conceptsAbility to troubleshoot complex server, storage, networking, and application
