Lead complex, cross-functional supply chain programs from initiation through closure - including business case development, executive approvals, milestone tracking, and post-launch retrospectives.5. Act as liaison between functional business teams and IS&T, ensuring requirements are complete, clearly communicated, and met by proposed technology solutions.6. Partner with stakeholders to define and manage business process and technology roadmaps in support of long-term strategies.7. Gather, synthesize, and document detailed global business requirements and design specifications.8. Facilitate project-related testing, rollout, training, and retrospective activities.Stakeholder Communication & Change Management9. Communicate program status, risks, and decisions proactively and clearly - adapting your style for front-line teams, cross-functional partners, and senior executives alike.10. Inspire and implement change within client's culture through collaboration, thought leadership, and a customer-focused approach.11. Address escalations swiftly - assess root causes and develop actionable solutions for operational issues.Strategy & Metrics12. Apply analytical skills to build program justifications, ROI estimates, and funding proposals.13. Define and implement KPIs and success metrics for programs and operational processes across the portfolio.AI & Intelligent Automation14. Leverage AI tools to enhance PMO efficiency - including AI-assisted platforms for program status summarization, risk identification, resource forecasting, and reporting automation.15. Identify and pilot AI use cases within the PMO - proactively exploring where generative AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation can reduce manual overhead and accelerate decision-making.16. Partner with IS&T and data teams to evaluate and integrate AI-powered project management tools into existing PMO workflows and governance frameworks.17.
