{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"26b8152977a5fba29f7dcd2b","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/26b8152977a5fba29f7dcd2b","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/26b8152977a5fba29f7dcd2b","title":"Maintenance Supervisor","description":"Position Summary:Plant Engineering Process Coach Job Responsibilities:• Understand and consistently apply standard manufacturing operating systems • Validate and bridge operational needs as required to ensure the line is running safely, efficiently, and producing quality parts at rate • Communication and Recognition • Build Team Leader and Team Member capability • Create a conducive work environment for the team(s) to complete their assigned responsibilities / tasks • Basic Administration of supervisory responsibilities and documents • Assign appropriate trades and engineering resources to maintain production equipment for continuous operation. • Participate in MOS meetings to write and finalize Maximo 4Ds for equipment failures. • Identify spare parts and preventive maintenance job plans for new equipment, and review effectiveness for existing job plans.
