General Construction Laborer

Job Overview We currently have an immediate need for General Construction Laborers! We have openings for experienced laborers and eager entry level associates. Current needs are for candidates with background in electrical, plumbing, welding and carpentry. Varying schedules, pay will be starting at $18, but will range as high as $23. Duties - Perform physical labor. - Assist with loading and unloading materials - Operate hand and power tools under supervision - Clean and prepare site by removing debris and hazardous materials - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment Qualifications - Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred - Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions - Knowledge of basic hand and power tools - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Life insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid training Referral program Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Year round work Work Location: In person
