A company is looking for an Attorney to assist with litigation in its high-volume foreclosure practice. Key Responsibilities Assist with the firm's foreclosure and litigation departments Maintain high-quality work while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure adherence to firm policies Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively resolve cases Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Detailed knowledge of creditors' rights legal representation, including real estate and foreclosure Working knowledge of civil procedure rules as they apply to foreclosure matters Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes South Carolina barred for at least 5 years J.D. from an accredited law school and Bachelor's Degree required
