Duties Customization and Configuration: MS Dynamics to meet the specific needs of our organization, including development, system documentation, unit testing and technical support.Integration: Integrate MS Dynamics with other software and systems, such as version control systems, DevOps continuous integration (CI) tools, and third-party applications. utilize tools or write ETL scripts to import data from external systems. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to users to ensure they can effectively use Dynamics for project management, issue tracking, and collaboration. Documentation: Maintain documentation for Dynamics configurations, customizations, and integrations. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues and errors within Dynamics, working closely with the IT and support teams. Performance Optimization: Monitor the performance of Dynamics and implement optimizations as needed to ensure system stability and efficiency. Security and Compliance: Ensure that DFS MS Dynamics environment is configured and maintained in accordance with security and compliance standards and also, Implement IDP and SSO solutions using knowledge of LDAP/SAML.Mandatory RequirementsExperience (10+ Years)Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.
