This role reports to the Head of Engineering. You will manage cloud infrastructure initiatives in our AWS Control Tower environment; and you will wear many hats. We’re looking for an individual that will put hands on the keyboard to develop new products, interface between business and technical stakeholders, maintain the platform, and maintain our development standards.\n\nOn this team, you will:\nBe accountable for service quality and cost efficiency of our platform.\nDesign and develop cloud infrastructure, applications, and services from spec to release.\nUse Terraform and Github Actions as part of our software development and product life cycles.\nSet up logging, monitors, and alerts; and analyze logs to optimize services.\nCollaborate with Support teams on incidents and tickets.\nImplement security measures for our compliance frameworks: SOC 2 and HIPAA.\n\nThis role requires a “can do,” solution-oriented attitude that can integrate feedback from both business and technical stakeholders.
