It is a synthesis-and-communications role - preparing deliverables for the Board, CIO, and leadership team, supporting vendor analysis and scorecards, and applying AI tools creatively across the work. The analyst supports CRC's broader AI adoption effort by modeling strong AI fluency in their own work and helping the team do the same. The ideal candidate is an early adopter of AI, a curious and creative thinker about how to apply AI to everyday work, and an evangelist who enjoys sharing techniques with peers. Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Communications & Content - Prepare executive-ready materials including Board content, CIO updates, all-hands decks, and status reports using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and AI tools; maintain accuracy and consistency across recurring deliverablesMetrics & Scorecards - Help maintain portfolio scorecards and dashboards, consolidating inputs from Product Managers into executive-level views; support tracking of benefit realization post-launchVendor and Market Analysis Support - Monitor select vendor marketplaces and general market trends, support RFI/RFP processes, scoring, and comparisons using the vendor evaluation framework; coordinate reviews with Procurement, Legal, Security, and Privacy; draft recommendation memos and help maintain the vendor landscape libraryAI Adoption Support - Apply AI tools daily to synthesis, drafting, and analysis work; share techniques, build reusable prompts, and contribute playbooks that help the broader IT team adopt AI; this role supports the enterprise AI Adoption effort, it does not lead it Education & Experience The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
