Expertise in the wireless telecommunication and/or power industry is a definite plus. The ideal candidate must be proficient in steel, concrete, masonry, and timber structures and associated codes, standards and specifications.\n\nUnder the direction of E2PM’s Chief Engineer, this position involves preparing preliminary and final designs, selecting efficient structural systems, and coordinating the preparation of design drawings. The ideal candidate must have a strong working knowledge of current NJ and NY building design codes and be knowledgeable in the AISC, ACI, ASCE 7, TIA-EIA222 and ASCE 10.\n\nRequirements (education, licensing, certifications, etc.):\nBachelor’s in appropriate area of study; Master’s Degree Preferred in Engineering\n\nNJ PE License Preferred, NY and PA PE license desirable, Engineering-in-Training (EIT) Certification considered\n\nPossess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.\n\nSelf-starter with strong technical, analytical, and communication skills\n\n7+ Years of related experience (primarily in NJ /NY)\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook).\n\nExperience with structural analytical software programs (STAAD III and AutoCAD)\n\nTo Apply:\nQualified candidates are encouraged to submit a resume and cover letter to E2PM’s Office Manager (officemgr@e2pm.com).
