Lead Vibration Analyst
Job Summary:
Perform complex vibration analysis, diagnosing and predicting mechanical problems in machinery, and provide solutions to rectify these problems.
Review and deliver all reliability reports.
Maintain all reliability databases (Vibration, Wireless, Lubrication and Ultrasonic) to ensure they are detailed, efficient and effective.
Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of the reliability group and assist as needed.
Work Performed:
Collect, analyze, and interpret vibration data and provide recommendations for machinery improvements.
Review detailed reports of analysis findings and communicate effectively with Vibration analyst and Reliability PM.
Deliver all reports to clients after they have been reviewed.
Send out all oil samples for analysis.
Actively participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures related to vibration issues.
Training and assisting the maintenance team in the correct methodologies for vibration data collection.
Assist in maintaining onsite vibration routes as needed.
Regularly monitor and assess equipment condition using vibration analysis techniques.
Assist with precision maintenance jobs as needed. (Balancing and alignment)
Work closely with other team members to improve and optimize maintenance strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
