This position supports the full application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, and end-user support.\nPosition Type: Full-Time\nSalary Range: $90K-$120K (depending on experience)\nWork Location: This is a remote position.\nEssential Functions:\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom web applications using modern development frameworks and technologies.\nCreate, enhance, and support databases and web-based solutions that meet operational and business requirements.\nDevelop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, SQL, JavaScript, and related technologies.\nUtilize low-code/no-code platforms to automate workflows, improve business processes, and accelerate application delivery.\nIntegrate applications with databases, APIs, third-party services, and enterprise systems.\nTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues, performance concerns, and user-reported defects.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and propose technical solutions.\nParticipate in software testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement activities.\nMaintain technical documentation, user guides, and system configuration records.\nSupport application security, data integrity, and software lifecycle management processes.\nProvide end-user assistance and technical support for deployed applications.\nWork independently and collaboratively within Agile and team-based development environments.\nOther duties as assigned or required.\n\nRequirements\n\nRequired:\nMinimum of three (3) years of experience developing, maintaining, and supporting web applications.\nDemonstrated proficiency with:\nC#\nSQL\n.NET Core\nJavaScript\nExperience designing, developing, and supporting web-based applications and relational databases.\nExperience integrating applications with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.\nExperience utilizing low-code/no-code platforms such as:\nMicrosoft Power Platform\nPower Apps\nPower Automate\nMendix\nOutSystems\nAppian\nOr similar platforms\nStrong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.\nDesired:\nExperience with responsive web design principles and modern front-end frameworks.\nExperience using source control and development lifecycle tools such as Git and Azure DevOps.\nExperience developing and deploying applications in cloud-based environments.\nFamiliarity with secure software development practices and cybersecurity principles.\nExperience supporting application lifecycle management (ALM) processes.\nKnowledge of Agile development methodologies and sprint-based project execution.\nEducation:\nHS Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of relevant experience required.\nSecurity Clearance:\nActive Secret clearance required.
