The ideal candidate has direct, specific experience configuring and building on Onspring and can independently translate governance, risk, and compliance requirements into working platform solutions.\n\nMandatory Technical skills: -\n\nProven, hands-on experience configuring and developing on the Onspring platform (required — not a general GRC or low-code background).\nExperience with low-code/no-code automation platforms and workflow design.\nWorking knowledge of GRC concepts: risk management, compliance, policy management, audit, and third-party/vendor risk.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently, manage configuration tasks end-to-end, and meet delivery timelines.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills to engage directly with client stakeholders.\n\nGood to have skills: -\n\nPrior experience in the healthcare or health plan industry.\nConsulting or client-facing delivery experience.\nFamiliarity with related GRC platforms (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer, MetricStream) is a plus.\n\nResponsibilities: -\n\nConfigure and customize the Onspring platform to support GRC use cases such as policy management, risk assessments, third-party/vendor risk management, internal audit, and incident management.
