Own execution tracking across teams, including sprint health, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments.\r\nIdentify, manage, and mitigate risks and blockers, proactively resolving issues to keep teams and programs on track.\r\nCoordinate cross-functional and cross-team dependencies to ensure alignment on priorities and sequencing.\r\nDrive continuous improvement of SDLC, Agile practices, and delivery processes.\r\nProvide regular, clear communication and reporting on progress, risks, and key metrics to stakeholders and leadership.\r\nWho You Are and What You Bring\r\n7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or a related delivery-focused role, preferably in a SaaS or data-driven environment.\r\nHands-on experience working with Agile engineering teams, including serving as a Scrum Master or delivery lead.\r\nProven ability to manage complex, multi-team technical programs from planning through execution.\r\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and documentation.\r\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across teams.\r\nComfortable managing competing priorities in fast-changing environments.\r\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain effective under pressure.\r\nProficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.\r\nDemonstrates a servant-leader mindset, enabling teams while maintaining accountability for delivery.\r\nNice-to-Haves:\r\nPrior startup or high-growth company experience.\r\nPMP or Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, etc.).\r\nExperience in healthcare, healthtech, or regulated industries.\r\nPerks\r\nJoining Arine offers you a dynamic role and the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and shape its future.
