We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Material Handler to join our Distribution team in Sparks, NV. This position plays a critical role in supporting warehouse operations by receiving, storing, moving, and shipping inventory while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.\nThis is a full-time, safety-sensitive position requiring the safe operation of forklifts and other material handling equipmen\nRequirements:\nWhat you’ll do:\nLoad, unload, receive, and ship products safely and efficiently.\nOperate sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport materials throughout the warehouse.\nReceive inbound shipments and accurately enter receipts into the warehouse management system.\nCoordinate and schedule inbound deliveries for cartons, pallets, and other warehouse materials.\nPick, pack, wrap, label, and stage customer orders for shipment.\nLoad outbound trucks while ensuring shipments are accurate, secure, and damage-free.\nProcess and release customer orders within the warehouse management system following carrier pickup.\nPerform inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities to maintain inventory accuracy.\nOrganize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.\nInteract professionally with truck drivers, carriers, vendors, and internal team members.\nComplete daily forklift and equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.\nFollow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and standard operating procedures.\nAssist with other warehouse and distribution duties as assigned.\nYour Background:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nPrevious warehouse or distribution experience preferred.\nPrior sit-down forklift experience is highly preferred.\nExperience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus.\nAbility to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to balance speed and accuracy.\nBasic computer proficiency, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and Microsoft Office.\nFamiliarity with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse best practices.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.\nDependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities.\nCommitment to maintaining a safe work environment.\nBenefits and Perks:\nEnjoy excellent company holiday giveaways & parties, generous PTO, medical Benefits, 401K, and more\nMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage\n401K with company match\nLife Insurance\nBusiness casual dress\nWhy work at Paris\nAt Paris, we don’t just manufacture products; we build brands that people trust.
