This role will manage a book of middle market clients, based mostly in South Florida,  and work closely with producers and in a collaborative, professional environment. We are looking for someone with strong commercial lines experience who can successfully handle renewals, prepare proposals, maintain client relationships, and oversee account servicing.Responsibilities:AMS360 Agency Management System Manage and service a book of mid-market commercial accountsMarket renewals and negotiate with carriersPrepare proposals and coverage comparisonsMaintain and strengthen client relationshipsHandle billing, endorsements, and day-to-day account servicingSupport new business opportunities and account growthActive Florida 2-20 License requiredMust reside in FloridaCommercial Lines Account Management experience requiredKnowledge of the Florida insurance marketplace, carriers, and E&S marketsStrong communication and organizational skills
