Property Maintenance Technician

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for turning apartments and minor maintenance. Duties: - Large portion of job is Minor drywall repair and painting. - Get apartments ready to be rented. - Preform service request as assigned.
