This job is not available for sponsorship. *\n\nIn this role, you will contribute to the design and development of analog circuits, with a focus on AC and DC power systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work with other electrical engineers to design, test, and optimize hardware solutions used in a variety of industries, including consumer electronics, industrial systems, and power electronics.\n\n*Key Responsibilities:*\n\n* Assist in the design and simulation of analog circuits for AC and DC power applications.\n* Collaborate to develop and test power conversion circuits, including rectifiers, regulators, inverters, and DC-DC converters.\n* Work with PCB designers to ensure efficient layout of analog components for optimal power performance.\n* Creating detailed engineering specifications, schematics, and documentation for power supply circuits and related systems.\n* Perform testing and validation of prototypes to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.\n* Analyze circuit performance and recommend design improvements for efficiency, reliability, and thermal management.\n* Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues in both lab environments and in the field.\n* Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of design practices.\n* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in power electronics and analog design techniques.\n\n*Required Skills & Qualifications:*\n\n* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field required. Additional education or experience strongly preferred.\n* *3+ years of work experience* in electrical engineering, PCB design, analog design or related required.\n* Strong understanding of analog circuit theory especially in the area of semiconductors and operational amplifiers.\n* Basic experience with power supply design, including converters, regulators, and inverters.\n* Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB, or similar).\n* Familiarity with standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, etc.).\n* Knowledge of PCB design principles and electrical layout considerations.\n* Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and datasheets.\n* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.\n* Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of analog hardware design.\n\n*Preferred Qualifications:*\n\n* Familiarity with EMI/EMC standards and regulations for power systems.\n* Experience with design and testing of AC to DC and DC to DC circuits.\n* Understanding of thermal management principles in power electronics.\n* Knowledge of industry-standard design tools (Altium, Cadence, etc.).\n\nPay: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year\n\nBenefits:\n* 401(k)\n* 401(k) matching\n* Dental insurance\n* Employee assistance program\n* Employee discount\n* Flexible schedule\n* Health insurance\n* Health savings account\n* Life insurance\n* Paid time off\n* Professional development assistance\n* Referral program\n* Relocation assistance\n* Vision insurance\n\nApplication Question(s):\n* Do you currently or will you in the future require sponsorship to work in the USA?
