We serve local businesses — including auto shops, barbershops, and restaurants — by replacing outdated systems with smart, scalable technology.Role DescriptionWe are looking for driven, entrepreneurial Sales Consultants to join our growing team. This is a commission-based role (with growth potential) where you will identify, prospect, and close deals with small business owners in the Maryland area. You will be the front line of Connect Quick's growth — presenting our AI and automation solutions and helping business owners understand the value we bring.Responsibilities• Prospect and generate leads by reaching out to local small businesses• Present and demo Connect Quick's AI receptionist, SEO, and automation services• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs• Collaborate with the founder and internal team to refine sales strategy• Manage prospects and pipeline using CRM tools (GoHighLevel)Qualifications• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field• Strong communication and persuasion skills• Self-motivated with a hustle mentality and results-driven mindset• Interest in AI, technology, and business automation is a big plus• Familiarity with CRM tools or sales automation platforms preferred• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline• Experience selling to small businesses or local markets is a plus• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferredWhat We Offer• Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential• Flexible schedule• Opportunity to grow with an early-stage AI startup• Hands-on experience selling cutting-edge AI and automation tools• Direct access to company leadership and fast career growth opportunities
