Must be able to assist in the gathering of requirements (traditional waterfall and agile) for all IT solutions and be able to develop the application requested from the requirements.Validate and finalize Local Change Board and Enterprise Change Board documents.Ensure proper change management for all requested fixes to production systems.Ensure proper change management for all requested changes to system designs and system architecture standards are documented.Validate test data and test results.Develop and monitor defect tracking logs and facilitate problem resolution.Skills: Ability to lead meetings.
