Apply now.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing: The Instructor Program Manager is an organized leader who will collect data and report the daily outcomes of our remote and on-campus learning hub programs.\nThis includes collecting, tracking and analysis of data. Instructor Program Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting instructor retention, meeting programmatic instructor accreditation/compliance, data collection of mentor outcomes, teaching assistant tracking, creating and distribution of instructor reporting, and creation and maintenance of Instructor policies and procedures.\nThe Instructor Program Manager will strategize and help build processes to enhance our programs, instructors and student experience. This role requires collaboration with the Instructor Management Team, Operations, Support Teams, Tech Academy Associate Directors, Learning Design and Client Support Teams. This position lives our ACI Learning mission.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nMonitor and maintain Instructor programs for data integrity.\nProject manage the creation, documentation and implementation of new Instructor policies and procedures designed to support Instructors and ACI Learning outcomes.\nWork collaboratively with other departments to ensure ACI Learning is delivering the best training experience to all students.\nMonitor and coordinates efforts for student success – mid course, EOC assessment readiness and execution.\nMonitor and coordinates efforts for student success – mid course, EOC assessment readiness and execution.\nOffer strategic support in designing effective processes for Instructors, TAs, and Mentors to follow.\nOrganize reports that create transparency into student outcomes.\nIdentifying, create, carry out training needs/analyses.\nSupport programmatic accreditation standards (ACE, ACCET, State, VA, etc.) for all current and future programs.\nAssist in maintaining files for Instructor per compliance requirements.\nContribute to a collaborative, positive, enriching, and innovative learning environment.\nMust Have:\n\nBA in relevant field\nMA or work experience equivalent\nExperience in program development\nProgram management experience\nProject Management experience\nPrior teaching experience\nRelevant industry experience\nNice To Have:\nExperience in IT related program development\nIT Program management experience\nTechnical Project Management experience\nPrior teaching experience in Information Technology\n\nBenefits of Working at ACI Learning:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance – eligible 1st of the month after date of hire.\n‍‍‍ Four weeks paid parental leave or medical leave.\nFlexible PTO policy, sick time, and eight paid Holidays.\n401(k) retirement plan, 100% immediate vesting and up to 5% matching contributions.\nOne free company class per year after 90 days of employment.\nTuition assistance.\n\nWe are committed to the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and strive to ensure that it is interwoven into the fabric of our organization.
