The preferred candidate will perform skilled human services support and administrative work supervising and coordinating the provision of mental health technician staff for the client population as part of the CSU Management Team, and related work as apparent or assigned. Provides supervision to subordinate mental health technician staff and unit supervision in the absence of the CSU Program Manager II, Program Supervisor II, or Nursing Supervisor. Performs safe and effective human support work maintaining the safety of clients, monitoring clients, managing staff schedules, coordinating meal service and delivery, facilitating educational groups, performing and assisting clients with laundry duties, encouraging clients to adhere to treatment goals, and related work as apparent or assigned.
